refund policy. Customers may cancel their hosting plan at any time through the
client dashboard or by contacting our support team. To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancellations must be made
at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Domain name registrations and renewals
cannot be cancelled once processed, as they are
fulfilled through third-party registrars and are considered final. For website design, development, and consulting services,
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply depending on the stage of work
completed. We offer a
15-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts.
If you are not satisfied with our hosting service within the
first 15 days, you may request a full refund. The following services are
non-refundable: Domain name registrations and renewals SSL certificates Email services Website development, design, and consulting (once work has
begun) Renewals of any service Setup or installation fees (if any) Refunds are only available to first-time customers on initial
hosting packages. Refunds will not be issued if the customer violates our
Terms of Service. Refunds will not be granted after misuse, abuse, or account
suspension due to policy violations. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of
