At Encloud, we are committed to delivering quality digital services including web hosting, domain registration, and website maintenance. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve created a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.


1. Cancellations

1.1 Hosting Services

  • Customers may cancel their hosting plan at any time through the client dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • To avoid automatic renewal charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

1.2 Domain Registrations

  • Domain name registrations and renewals cannot be cancelled once processed, as they are fulfilled through third-party registrars and are considered final.

1.3 Custom Services

  • For website design, development, and consulting services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply depending on the stage of work completed.


2. Refunds

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts.

  • If you are not satisfied with our hosting service within the first 15 days, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals

  • SSL certificates

  • Email services

  • Website development, design, and consulting (once work has begun)

  • Renewals of any service

  • Setup or installation fees (if any)

2.3 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available to first-time customers on initial hosting packages.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the customer violates our Terms of Service.

  • Refunds will not be granted after misuse, abuse, or account suspension due to policy violations.

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Email address associated with the account

  • Invoice or order number

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
